Covid-19 Updates

Due to COVID-19 we want to make sure that you, your fellow guests and our team are as safe as possible. 

The following services are currently affected:

- Our restaurant will remain closed. Room service is available on prior notice 

- Our free continental breakfast will be served in the restaurant under density limits.

Bookings are required  

- Our indoor pool is open. Bookings are required to limit crowds.


Our cancellation policy remains unchanged and you can cancel until 2 pm the day before your arrival. Rest assured that we will honor cancellations even after you complete the registration. If you paid before you cancel we will refund you as long as you cancel outside the penalty window.

Please note that people crossing into QLD require entry passes and recent rapid antigen tests. Please ensure you have the required processes completed. We can assist with the printing of entry passes   


We decided to complete as many of the arrival procedures as possible contactless. Please use  .our online check-in if possible

We will still welcome you in person with the appropriate distance
