Due to COVID-19 we want to make sure that you, your fellow guests and our team are as safe as possible.
Our cancellation policy remains unchanged and you can cancel until 2pm the day before your arrival. Rest assured that we will honor cancellations even after you complete the registration. If you paid before you cancel we will refund you as long as you cancel outside the penalty window.
We ask you to reconsider your travel if you have tested positive, have been to a hot spot in the last two weeks, or show any symptoms. If you are waiting for a test result please do not travel.
We decided to complete all the arrival procedures contact less and we ask you to complete the following steps before you arrive.
- Customize your stay: Add dinner and complete your breakfast order
- Complete the registration: confirm your details and accept the terms & conditions
- Pay for your stay: We'll provide an invoice and you can pay with your credit or debit card. We still do accept cash and eftpos on arrival but do prefer credit or debit card payments to limit contact. If you have already paid online or made billing arrangements we will skip this step
