Room attendant - casual / on call
The Role:
As part of the Housekeeping team you will be responsible for offering a quality customer service experience by maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, guest walkways and service areas. You will maintain a friendly and professional image for the Housekeeping Department and the entire motel. You will work to anticipate guests' needs and ensure the guest enjoys the total accommodation experience as part of an integral team that takes pride in their job..

Previous experience in a similar role. This is advantageous but not essential as on-the-job training will be provided.
Property Maintenance Handyman
The Role:
We are looking for a handyman! We require someone with great attitude, experience in all aspects as outlined below, who is reliable, punctual, trustworthy, well presented and able to work on call as required.
Own vehicle and basic tools of the trade required.
Age is no barrier.
Experience in the following areas required:

Casual Wait Staff
The Role:
This is your opportunity to join our Food and Beverage team. As a key member of our team you will represent our friendly, casual and relaxed service philosophy. Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following:

Explaining the menu to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as provide suitable assistance when recommending beverages

Maximise sales opportunities by up-selling items

Ensure accuracy whilst ordering and delivering food and beverage orders

Liaise with the Kitchen on special requests or delayed meals

Clear and reset tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidy

Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation

Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general OHS practises
Ideally you will have:

A friendly, customer focused attitude with the strive to provide Total Customer Satisfaction

Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficient

Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate

Barista experience will be highly regarded

Previous customer service or hospitality experience

The ability and flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.
