Terms & Conditions


1.Payment for accommodation and services must be received in full prior to or at check-in unless an account has been created and approved.


2. Management must be notified and give approval if any additional guest/s are to occupy the room other than the number of guests noted on the registration form. Rate amounts are confirmed at time of booking. Changes to dates, number of guests, rooms, etc. are subject to availability and can alter the rate amount for the booking.


3. Whilst we are willing to allocate alternate rooms with multiple beds guests who use additional beds in their room over and above the type of room booked and paid for, will be charged the difference for that room


4. Smoking in rooms is prohibited and will incur a $250.00 cleaning and maintenance fee. If smoking outside rooms, entrance doors and windows must be kept always closed. Please also ensure to dispose of cigarette butts appropriately.


5. Any guests making excessive noise after 9:30pm and or disturbing other motor inn guests' rest or sleep, will be required to leave the motel and no refund for accommodation already paid will be refunded.


6. For your safety and the safety of fellow guests, please ensure your driving speed does not exceed 10 klm's as the driveways are a shared zone.


7. Due to safety requirements NO FOOD, DRINKS EXCEPT WATER or GLASS are to be taken into or consumed within the pool house at any times. Smoking is also strictly prohibited within the pool house and BBQ area.


8. Any guest responsible for excessive soiling of linen, carpet or furniture will incur a fee for replacement at market value for linen and the cost of cleaning or replacing damaged or stained furniture or carpet.


9. Due to safety reasons and the possibility of exhaust fumes entering rooms, NO REVERSE PARKING is allowed in front of the rooms. Please ensure to park nose in only.


10. Children under the age of 18 must not be left unattended in the room or the pool area


11. Deer Park Motor Inn is a pet friendly motel. In order to ensure all guests can enjoy their stay a few rules apply:

  - Pets are only allowed in our pet friendly rooms and must not be left unattended,

  - Dogs must be on lead at all times when outside of your room

  - Pick up after your dog ($50 fee).

  - Furniture is for humans.

Our pet friendly tariffs cover general cleaning. Additional cleaning and replacement costs caused by contamination, soiling or damages will be charged.</p>
